JAMES B. KILSHEIMER III
Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham College in 1943 and his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1948. He then served as Law Clerk to the Hon. Murray Hulbert and Samuel Kaufman of the
United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Kilsheimer is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York (1948), and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for
the Second Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Mr. Kilsheimer was an Assistant United States
Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1950-1954. In 1954, he became Special Assistant to the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He is a member of the Association of
