JONATHAN K. LEVINE

Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1988.  He is admitted to the Bars of the States of Connecticut (1988) and New York (1989), and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

 Mr. Levine is the author of "Discovery Techniques In Commercial Litigation And Recent Developments In The Rules of Discovery", American Trial Lawyers Association, 1991, and the co-author of "The Business Judgment Rule And Derivative Actions", Practicing Law Institute, 1989.  He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  Mr. Levine became a member of the firm in 1995.
