FOX & KILSHEIMER LLP ANNOUNCES CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST INTELECT
NEW YORK -- November 17, 1999/ Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has filed a class action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on behalf of all persons
who purchased the common stock of Intelect Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICOMC) ("Intelect" or the "Company") between February 24, 1998 and November 17, 1998 (the "Class Period").
lawsuit charges Intelect and certain of its top officers and directors with violations of the securities laws and regulations of the United States. The Complaint alleges, among other things, that during the Class
Period, Intelect's financial statements were false and misleading in violation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. On November 17, 1998, Intelect announced that it was restating its financial results for
the quarter ended June 30, 1998 and was writing off various assets.
